The last time I saw Kylie Minogue on stage, her pop career was in its infancy, and so were most of her fans. Tiny children, whose bedtimes had long since passed, were being carried unconscious from the arena, while those who managed to stay awake were treated to a shiny song-and-dance spectacle by the former Neighbours star. Kylie's voice was frail and tinny, the songs were catchy but ephemeral. . .
