Prince Charles gets another shot at Kylie
POP princess Kylie Minogue will be awarded her OBE from the Queen during a glitzy ceremony at Buckingham Palace this week.

A Buckingham Palace spokeswoman confirmed Minogue will be presented with her OBE at Buckingham Palace on Thursday.
However she will miss out on meeting the Queen, who will be in Edinburgh for the Scottish cultural event known as Holyrood week.
The Aussie star is instead expected to be presented with her OBE by Prince Charles.
